FAQ's
All generated quiz report tables can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the Download CSV button located at the bottom left of the page.
All of the answers provided by the students will be visible in the exported report.
Microsoft Excel (by default) may interpret certain numeric values in the “Attempted Questions” and “Points Scored” columns as dates when you open the quiz report (CSV format). For example, a value like 2/2 might appear as 02-Feb.
To fix this, you can manually change the column type to Text. This ensures Excel reads the data correctly as plain numbers instead of dates.
To fix this issue:
- Open Excel and go to Data → Get Data → From File → From Text/CSV.
- Select your CSV file.
- In the import dialog, locate the columns “Attempted Questions” and “Points Scored.”
- Change their Column Data Type to Text.
- Click Load to import the data correctly.
