Automatic Archiving
Easily configure one-time or recurring archiving based on specific order conditions like age, status, or metadata. After it has been set up, the system moves old orders into a separate archive. There’s no need for any sort of manual cleanup, and there’s also no impact on your live orders.
Smart Inclusion & Exclusion Rules
You can include or exclude orders from archiving based on a wide range of criteria. Use filters such as billing country, order value, shipping method, and customer ID to make your rules more precise.
Flexible Schedule Management
Set up and manage automated archiving tasks that run daily, weekly, monthly, or on your own schedule. All schedules are listed in a central tab where you can edit or delete them easily.
Real-Time Dashboard Insights
The dashboard displays a live comparison of your total WooCommerce orders versus archived ones. It also gives access to all created schedules and lets you trigger manual archiving on demand.
Easy Order Restoration
Archived orders can easily be restored to their original WooCommerce status with a single click. You can also choose to restore individual orders or all of them at once.
Automated Order Deletion
You can choose to permanently delete orders from WooCommerce based on their age: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years. This helps to reduce the database size while keeping your system organized. The deletion only takes effect when the archive process is triggered manually.
